Meditation

Meditation is a tool for rediscovering your true Self. Practiced for thousands of years, it’s not about forcing the mind to be quiet, its finding the silence that’s already there and making it part of your life.

Silence is the birth place of happiness, creativity and infinite possibilities. From this field of pure potentiality we get our bursts of inspiration and our deepest sense of connection to the Universe. Practicing meditation on a daily basis allows you to weave silence and stillness into your mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment. Meditation is a journey to the center of our very being; a journey to emotional freedom and a journey to the reawakening of unconditioned Self.

Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India.  Primordial Sounds are the basic, most essential sounds of nature. These sounds are individually selected sounds, known as mantras, based on the vibration of the universe at the moment of your birth. Once your primordial sound mantra has been determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility and compassion within.

Yoga

The word “Yoga” comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, meaning union. More than an exercise routine, yoga is a complete science of balanced living and a path to higher knowledge and joyful abundance. Any reason for practicing yoga is a good reason. Enhancing flexibility and releasing stress are as noble a purpose for performing yoga as the awakening of spirituality. Yoga serves and nourishes us at every level of our being. Yoga will help you discover gifts within yourself that have remained unopened since your childhood – gifts of peace, harmony, laughter and love.

When adhered to and practiced mindfully, the yoga principles and techniques of THE SEVEN SPIRITUL LAWS OF YOGA can be the keys to unlocking your full creative potential, your capacity for love and compassion and your ability to find success in all areas of life.

Through seven easily understood principles, the seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teaches that harmony, happiness and abundance are available to anyone willing to embrace a consciousness-based approach to life
