  • CALL FOR Annadanam/Naivedyam program SPONSORS
  • Two families adopt a Saturday and two families adopt a Sunday Annadanam – One family makes Dhal or Sambhar (or a savory dish) for 30-35 people and the second family makes a curry/sabji (a savory dish) or a sweet dish for 30-35 people – no onions or garlic.   They cook it at their home and deliver it to the Sanctum no later than 11 AM.  The priests will offer this to the Gods as Naivedya and then serve it as Prasad to the devotees after Aarati (around 12:30).  It is served downstairs with rice and yogurt that the priests will have made. The Annadathas will have their family information used for abhisheka sankalpas done by the Priests and their names will be displayed on the TV monitors in the Atrium.
  • There will be no per plate money charged; people can donate whatever they wish.  We will have a donation box and the credit card machine will be there to facilitate any donation.
  •  Before the priests leave the Temple, they will either take the food home or give the food away to someone. Except for yogurt, nothing goes back in the refrigerator.

Sponsors can pick up their dishes from the Temple whenever they want to when the Temple is open.
